How Exactly Does A Nutritional Balancing Program Work?

I've noticed for some time now that so much in our society has become complicated. We seem to be busy and stressed from the moment we wake up until the moment we go to sleep. It would appear that the simple life and the art of slow living has all but disappeared for so many people. The end result, perhaps overly simplistically put, is all the chronic degenerative problems we are seeing in our society. There must be a better way, and the reality of the situation is there is. It's just that most of us won't do what it takes. In this blog I'm going to show you, in simple language, how a proper Nutritional Balancing program can help you restore your health, lifestyle and sanity.

ChartIn other blogs and articles I've explained how stress is the cause of most chronic degenerative problems. In the diagram you can see that stress in the broadest of all ways can be grouped into physical, emotional or chemical in nature. When the stress is present in the body it is degenerative and has a tearing down or damaging and deconstructive aspect to it. This makes sense to most people. The problem with stress is that while the best solution is to eliminate it, this is not always possible. We can't just ignore our problem child, our financial issues, or our bad boss. Some stresses simply can't be eliminated in the short term so what are we to do then?

Going back to basics is the answer. On the chart you will see that there is a circle around the three stressors. What this is representing is a "containment" system. When we are unable to eliminate our stresses we need to contain and manage it so it can't exert it's damaging effects upon us. You can see that we need to pay proper attention to lifestyle, diet, emotional growth, detoxification and supplements. Imagine a world where we have good relaxing lifestyles, with lots of sleep and good water, one where we take some time to deep breath occasionally and meditate daily. Imagine your life where we eat primarily good quality vegetables and other wholesome unprocessed food. One where we are aware of the damaging effects of toxins and prepare our bodies to eliminate them and one where we are proactive by taking the correct supplements, in the right amounts for our bodies by measuring our needs via a hair tissue mineral analysis.

This is a proper Nutritional Balancing program and it can do all of this and more. It is a truly holistic approach based 100% on science and good old common sense.
