Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. Describe your reason for return:

Let us know the nature of your inquiry and we will respond promptly.  We will help determine the best course of action to address the issue. 

2. Once Your Return Request is Confirmed

Re-pack the item(s) in its original shipping carton exactly as it was received.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions:

1. NIR Sauna within the 30 day trial period

Once you hear from us confirming your request we will email you the label which is to be taped to the box. Shipping will be our expense.

We will let you know what date the parcel will be picked up.

Note:  We can NOT give you a pickup time, just a day.  You do not need to be home for the pickup as long as the unit is left in a secure visible spot.  We are not responsible for the unit if left out for pickup.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • TheraBulbs included with a NIR sauna sale as stated below.

 

30 DAY TRIAL RETURN POLICY RULES

Return shipping charges for Australian orders will be paid for by us.  New Zealand and overseas countries will need to pay for return shipping.

All returned or exchanged items must be in “like-new” condition, in their original shipping carton, and must include all packing material and all parts. Portable Near Infrared Sauna Products must be undamaged, unmarred, and unstained. Bulbs and stools are not returnable.  $20 per bulb will be deducted from purchase price.

Goods will be inspected upon return. Identified damages due to user abuse will be noted and valuated, and will result in proportional reduction of refund amount.

Please take care to re-pack items exactly as received in order to avoid damage during return shipping. Damage due to poorly packed items are not covered and will be deducted from refund.

Lifestyle Integration is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

Lifestyle Integration is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any product bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the product only.

 

WHAT ABOUT WARRANTIED REPAIRS?

All our Portable Near Infrared Sauna Products are warranted against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of 2 years after the date of purchase, as per our 2 Year Limited Warranty Policy.

If your warranted defective product is accepted for return, 10-20 business days will be required for repair or replacement before your repaired product or replacement product is shipped out to you. All repaired or replacement products will be shipped by ground courier service and a tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipment is in transport.

Refer to return procedure described above to return your Product for repair.   

We have received units back that have been perfectly operational. For example, a home fuse board was overloaded when the sauna was plugged in and multiple other appliances were being used at the same time.  This is not a fault within the unit.  In circumstances where the unit is operational when we receive it, the responsibility for the cost of return shipment is not born by Lifestyle Integration and will need to be paid by the purchaser.  To minimise issues such as this is why we need to confirm your return request.

WHAT ABOUT NON-WARRANTIED REPAIRS?

Rest assured that our Handmade Products are built with strict quality controls and will last many, many years if properly taken care of. For non-warranted repairs we make every attempt to repair your Portable Near Infrared Sauna Product quickly and affordably. We charge a rate of $60 per hour for repairs. The cost of repair will be determined after we receive the Product and have analyzed the Product’s condition and the nature of the repair.

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
